Non-Prescription (Over the Counter) Products:
JoinTrim may accept returns on unopened, non-prescription items up to 30 days after the sale. You will be responsible to pay the return shipping cost and we do not accept COD returns. If you need to return an item, please contact our patient care team: support@jointrim.com. Include your order number, reason for the return along with the product name. JoinTrim reserves the right to deny a return that does not arrive in the original condition it was shipped or if the products appear to be tampered with or opened. After we receive the returned product and it is approved by our JoinTrim team, your purchase price will be refunded to your original method of payment.

- Cancel Anytime You may cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day notice. To initiate a cancellation, contact us via email or through your account dashboard on our website. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, 30 days from the date of your request.
- 30-Day Cancellation Notice Upon receiving your cancellation request, your program will remain active for 30 days, allowing continued access to all services and benefits. No further charges will apply after the 30-day notice period. The final charge will cover the remaining 30 days of service.
- No Refunds for Previous Charges JoinTrim operates on a monthly subscription basis. Once a charge has been processed, it is non-refundable. If you cancel after the billing cycle has started, the program will remain active until the end of the 30-day cancellation period, but there will be no refund for that month.
- Renewals and Future Charges Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days. You will receive an email notification before the renewal of your subscription. It is your responsibility to cancel prior to the renewal to avoid further charges.

Lost Packages:
In the rare case your package is lost in transit, JoinTrim will reship your prescription or non-prescription order. We will work with your carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to locate your package first and have it redirected if needed. Sometimes weather may delay your package delivery time. Since we currently do not ship refrigerated products, your product will not be affected by increased transit time.
